Hi I thought I had hay fever the last couple of days blocked nose, sneezing phloem in throat when wake up, I rested all day yesterday but today my right side of my throat is swollen and really hurts it hurts to swallow and I ache from head to toe and through I was going to faint for the first time ever (I didn t) It doesn t feel like my normal hay fever I also have a cold sore and a style on my eye! Help
Hi, Thanks for writing to HCM. I understand your concern. What problems you are describing to be having appears to be related to nasal cavity and sinuses. Kindly do the following to overcome it. 1. Salt water gargling with warm water twice daily. 2. Steam inhalation twice daily to liquify mucous and its easy drainage. 3. Take Tablet. Montelukast with Levocetirizine combination once a day for a month. 4. Use Oxymetazoline nasal drops twice daily to relieve nasal congestion. 5. Take Syrup containing Ambroxol or Bromhexine as ingredients when necessary. 6. Avoid consumption of cold items like cool drinks and ice-creams. Hope the information provided would be helpful.
